I JUST POOPED IN THE TOILET 🚽
I can’t believe it!!! On poop number 3 I finally worked one out at 8:04PM tonite! I’m still trying, and to no avail, but I can’t give up!!
Today was really cool, got up at a reasonable time, had a nice breakfast (until I got super chilly and needed pants…) and made my way down to the gym today!
I had asked Ian if he could help me learn how to punch! I didn’t really know what the heck I was trying to do, except trying to get more cardio. I knew that the broken skin on the knuckles isn’t gonna fly. Soooo I decided To ask to get some tips on how the heckin I punch this thing!
What was really cool was feeling my body react to each punch in so many different ways. I could feel my abdomen and legs trying to react and support me! Like, I was really engaging my quads when I would throw a punch! Ian was explaining the body mechanics of how to throw and use your body when you’re trying to throw a jab or a cross, and what to do with your legs. When I was trying to throw a leading jab, I could feel my right legs quad firing and trying to brace me while I was punching!!! It was freaking amazing to feel my body recruit those muscles!
It was freaking fun, and I really honestly felt like this was some of the most physical fun I’ve had since the accident, which is saying something because I have been longing to get my heart rate up, and get moving!!
It wasn’t too bad either, knowing my abs and whole body were so tired! I definitely needed some rest!
Couch shopping was a success, I was able to transfer myself with no help, just Callie standing by to guard!!
We had a night in, cuz I was freaking exhausted 🥱 but a good exhausted!
