Walked for 25min on the treadmill today at therapy with the therapist! That was super cool cuz I really wanted to keep going!
Getting more cardio is what I wanna do! How can I do more for boxing? Or on the punching bag??
I did the push-up challenge with my brothers! Which was really fun because all my brothers actually were able to pump out quite a few pushups in a minute! Paul got 53, John got 40, I got 36 (albeit modified) and Jake got 30! These guys are great, always pushing one another to do more! Good way to round out a good day of therapy!
