IM ACTIVATING MY MUSCLES IN MY LEGS

And the watch was able to see it too!!

This was insane!!!

Also, i definitely forced it so hard that I peed my pants! So like, that’s not super fun that I had to figure out how to change my pee pants, but like, also pretty cool to know my muscles are activating!!!! And that things are waking up down there!
