Huh 🤔 I feel wild after getting dry needled again, this was wild, my left and right hips and sides really do feel more inline, and I feel the pressure of my right butt cheek too….

I felt the hips release and in my lower back, which is really interesting as well! I’m feeling a lot in my left and right side! My abs even feel like they have relaxed too, which is great!

My left leg when moving it around to transfer was really a lot looser!

So they told me my sacrum pushed way up and to the right, which I definitely could feel on my right side being tighter….. my hip on the right side too kinda explains the tightness I’ve been feeling there as well
