October 16th 2023 – Dry Needling

I got dry needled today! It’s a pretty wild time, because it always is a pretty relaxing time. I have to shimmy about and get on my tum, and I get a bunch of needles stuck in me, which is really cool, because I think it’s actually helping!

It’s wild to think that having a bunch of little micro-traumas can help like they do, but that’s what’s happening! It’s just crazy cuz I’m so tight. I’m really just hoping that all these things add up to helping me move more freely, and help me get back moving!

I started to plan my trip out to Milwaukee! I’m really excited to be getting back to doing things! Getting a new wheelchair, see the neurosurgeon, it’s all coming together!
