September 29th 2023 – Look Ma, No Hands!

Each day that passes I’m able to get more sound of sleep, and deeper and fuller rest!

I really am feeling and sensing more into my legs!

Last night, I was truly feeling full and very uneasy from the full bladder and bowel, that was an experience on the drive home, I was definitely sensing that feeling of fullness!

Last night while I was sleeping as well, I definitely felt myself let out two toots! I hadn’t felt that before! It was crazy! I am not sure what that means, but by god almighty I would really like to get that function back!!

As I’m laying here right now, I can feel myself have to spasm a bit on the left, and I can really feel my legs buzzing, and feeling warm and fuzzy. That “pins and needles” sensation is changing, it was more of the warm and fuzzy, and now I’m thinking of it as a good buzzing feeling. It’s really interesting….

I had never felt this way on my way to therapy before, it was truly an experience. Yesterday I had felt just as good as I had felt on some th…..

Okay, so I got dry needles today! That was wild! My legs are seriously buzzing! They had said that at first it was really difficult to get the needles in, but then I had almost what felt like a release, and the needles after that when I’m really easily!!!

So in the car after I was done…. Going around a turn I usually needed to hold my hand on the “oh shit” handle to keep myself from flopping over, and the first turn, my legs didn’t flop, and I didn’t flop either!

My legs are seriously buzzing right now!
