I’m a 30 yr old from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I was in a horrific motorcycle accident, and this is my journey back to living. I’m working on my legs, my core, my central nervous system (ANS) one day at a time.

This journey has been incredibly arduous. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, and it’s incredible that I’m still alive. To know that we have people floating around in the wild, that can help save us, that we may pass in the grocery store, in passing, or who knows where, really is amazing. We’re all more connected than we think. And for that, I’m grateful for our human connections.
So this is my journey, and I hope that you learn a thing or two, as I have along my way as well. It’s been a very interesting ride so far, and I will not stop working on my body and mind. Our bodies need to be kept in motion! I’ll continue to work on it every day. I hope that you can do the same.
